    bulking:is caffine/spices ok? raise metabolism?

ive done some searches on this site but im still confused about a few things:
i like green tea & heard that it raises metabolism...is this due to the caffine in it?
is caffine bad for bulking or doesnt matter?
if green tea is ok should i have it before i lift (with meal 1) or after? or both?
should i use a lot of spices to boost my metabolism? or is this bad for bulking? will the nutrients just get burned away & not used? or should i only have them w/ my preworkout meal for energy?

If you're bulking your calories she be adequately high...these things you're mentionning are very minor and usually only make a difference towards then end of a cut when the metabolism slows.

Don't worry aboiut any of it...just eat plenty of food!
