I'm sorry to hear about your brother...my condolences.

I forget what "stone" is in pounds

The best thing you can do is begin building muscle NOW ...don't w8 until you "lose fat" to start building muscle. The more muscle you have, the more fat you will burn. Build your muscle now...add some cardio...and follow a good diet.

It's hard to help w/o knowing where you've been. If you can give some detail as to your diet that would be great...how many meals, what you've been eating, etc.

Well you know your eating junk so cut out the junk that'll definitely help and like w8 said don't wait to start lifting weights because that'll help raise your metabolism.I don't think you need any supplements because if your overweight your body most likely will work with ya to lose weight once you get in lower bf% it gets harder and you might want to try a supplement then

Ditto to what the others have said. Re: the supplements, all you need is a quality multi vitamin/mineral, some protein powder (for convenience) and maybe some flax.

I understand you're not "on a diet" right now...but you do eat daily yes? Give me a rundown of what you're eating...junk food and all. I wanna see how many times a day you're eating and what. You can give me a "good" day if you like

First thing you need to do is get back to the gym. Don't w8 to look good...big mistake...get moving now, it'll keep you motivated and feeling good...and you'll be more likely to stick to a HEALTHY nutritional plan

Next...if you know you're eating junk....STOP! Make better food choices now. It all counts and ya gotta start somewhere (but I still wanna see what you've been eating before cleaning up your diet).

    x2 bags a crsip
    1 can dieat soda

    13:00 meal 3:
usally eat out with my girlfriend so it is usally burger and chips or kfc

    18:00 meal 4:
Jacket poatoe with Steak(8oz roughley) or chicken fillet(8oz roughley) with soy sauce and black pepper over the top

    22:00 meal 5:
x1 sausage and 1 scrambled egg on a barm

That is wot i have been eating on a usall day.I wos thinking of going to something like this:-

I know there is alot of room for improvement in all of this, probally every meal needs to be scrapt .Allso between the hrs of 8:00 and 17:00 i work and can't make any kinda a chiken etc allso Tuna/sweet poatoes make me feel ill.I've just got some multi vitamin, and not to sure wen will be best to take this times etc.

    1 stone = 14lbs so 11st 10 = 164lbs.

For my benefit, and those across the pond, what exactly is a barm?

    7:30 Meal 1:
oat meal, apple and 2 boiled eggs

k...we'll start here ....1/2 cup oatmeal and 3 whole eggs + 4 whites

    11:00 meal 2:
Protiene shake(3 scoops)1tbs of whipping cream

Depending on your brand of protein...this might be too much...can you give us the breakdown of your protein per scoop please? Increase the cream to 3 tbsp and have an apple in this meal

    13:00 meal 3:
    Turkey lettace barm with mayo

Real turkey (not deli slices), full fat mayo, and whole GRAIN bread/bun

    16:00 Meal 4 :
Protiene shake (2 scoops)1tbs of whipping cream,x1 cup brown rice

Good! But make it 3 tbsp of cream ....and veggies would go good here

    19:00 meal 5 after training:
x2 jacket poatoes with Fish/Steak or chicken served with lettace cucumber, black pepper and soy sauce over the top.

What's jacket potatoes ...nevermind...you shouldn't have them If you can't do sweet potato, you could try berries, grapefruit, apple, peach, 1/2 cup oats or 3/4 cup brown rice.

    20:00 meal 6:
Havent really thought anything for this and can't.

A real meal would be good....7 egg whites/3 yolks, chicken/peanut butter, ...or you can do a protein shake w/ 3 tbsp cream. Try adding some berries to one of your shakes and mixing it in a blender...it's very good.

Take your multi in the morning w/ food

Following your advice w8 i know longer want to lose any weight but maintaine my weight now if not gain a few pounds but don't want to put on no more fat and burn alot of the fat i have of.

Of course...your goal should be to lift weights w/ intensity in order to build muscle, and add a little cardio after your weight workout (I like the 20 minutes you're doing...1-2x per week), and drop fat w/ a good diet. So you need to a) get more organized and stop eating fast food b) get more veggies/fruits/protein/&healthy fats c) drink more water!

Is there anyway that you can work your body fat out your self?

Thanx alot for all your help w8 it very much apperciated!
