    Maintenance cycle

Am I the only one who needs a maintenance cycle to remain sane after bulk/cut cycles?

I know what you mean...it's hard to maintain...I tend to be "all or nothing" which isn't the greatest trait, I know, which makes a maintenance strategy hard to implement.
    Searching for the right balance...

this is exactly what im dreading!

ive been "cutting" for about 3 months (yeah, long way to go). once i get there though... im scared! i dont like the idea of maintenance. i want to be actively doing something... like cutting off fat, adding muscle, etc. i feel weird just keeping my body the way it is for a few weeks.

Even with maintenance (which I do most of the year)...I'm always moving slowly in some direction...usual towards leaness, or a tiny LBM gain...

yeah, and you have a point if you live in Cali, but doesn't it at least get cooler during the winter?

I live in Colorado, so it gets pretty damn cold and snowy!
