I saw a 10 pound slab once at a race.....AHA was there and promoting their idea of heart healthy stuff....
It was pretty freaky and LARGE!
Sorry...there are a few types of fat..and I don't know the volumes offhand...

I know that muscle is alot more dense then fat, but out of curiousity how many lbs would be in a 1 cup. I know that roughly 3500 calories equals a pound. Just was curious if anyone new how much mass fat takes up.
thanks

I think I saw the same slab in a personal trainers office once- It was like the size of a bodybuilders forearm, right? I remember it was huge, and they showed another model of muscle that was the same weight- much smaller; about the size of a baseball.Originally posted by Dr. Pain
