Although this is for w8, I wanted to say a few things!
1) Awesome that you have interest in MA and BB/Athletics/Fitness! It can be an awesome combination when you achieve your goals while exceling in MA!
2) I wish you good luck in your goals. I'm currently active in MA (American Kenpo and kickboxing these days and people run scared when they see me (as big as I am throwing jumping front kicks, 180 spinning back kicks etc.)
3) As for an eating plan... I lay the floor back to w8 and others!
