    Cutting Plan (Need help?)

    Breakfeast 6am
    1/2c - 1c oatmeal w/ nonfat cream
    30g whey + 1tbsp nat pb

    9:30am
    1/4c peanuts

    11:30am
    chicken salad
    banana/apple

    2:30pm
    chicken breast
    yam/oatmeal
    1tbsp flax or 2tbsp nat pb

    4pm workout

    5pm
    35g dextrose
    40g whey
    12g glutamine

    6pm
    chicken breast/steak/fish
    mixed veggies/salad + flax

    9pm
    blended protein

    9:30/10pm ZMA

    I'm going to be taking 6g of CLA daily and 1 animal pak. Morning cardio will be done on a empty stomach and I will be drinking 30-40g maltodextrose, 40g whey, 10g glutamine after cardio. I'm 17 and 5'8" 165lbs if that makes any differance
    School is a bitch to get food in, protein shakes arent allowed in shakers between classes because someone in my school through a bottle of chocolate milk up against the wall

    it doesnt look that bad. as for your supps, switch your ZMA to 9 and then have your blended protein at 9:30. and i would try to sneak your protein drink into class, just tell them you didnt know the rule
