I accidently posted this in Daily Diary or whatever. Here goes..Need help with a diet plan. I am 6 foot and 165 pounds. I want to get to at least 185 pounds but don't want any excess fat becoz i already have a bit not that much but you can;t see my abs at all. I currenty don't have any supplements such as protein poweder or creatine. Cal intake? Protein intake? Meal Suggestions?

Protein intake should be at least 1.5g per lb of BW. Meal suggestions can be found in the newie/faq sticky and also check out some other people's journals...TP, mmafiter, gopro, etc.
Calorie level is going to depend on what you're taking now...feel like posting your diet?![]()
