That's usually how I am. Sometimes im fine with standing there waiting lol other days, not so much..

Bioavailability of raw egg protein is about 50%. Cooked, it's over 90%.
Plus cooking them denatures the ovomuciods in the egg white, preventing them from interfering with absorption of other protein eaten along with the egg.
