Post workout shake....

....Right this is going to sound like a really dum ass question but is you post work out shake a meal?I have 6 meals a day including me post work out shake and sleep usally around 1hr after that shake,is that ok?Sorry to be dum .

Allso the whipping cream that i'm using has suger init is that ok?Here is wot it says it contains
Carbohydrate 3.0g
of wich sugers 3.0g
thats per 100ml.

Yes, your post w/o shake is a meal and needs to be counted toward your daily Kcals.

My heavy cream says that is has 0g of carbs, which pretty much means that it can't have more than 1g C per serving. If you want to be very anal and eliminate sugars from your diet, look for heavy cream with as little carbs as you can find. Otherwise, just make sure that you counting everything in your daily kcals.

Usually a Tbls of heavy cream is 5 grams of F and .7 grams of C

So 100 ml is 6 plus Tbls's, meaning you have the right cream....just don't go using 100 mls unless you want that much fat 30-35 grams

oh yeah, my bad. I had a complete brain fart and disregarded the fact that he said it was per 100ml.
