Post workout shake....
....Right this is going to sound like a really dum ass question but is you post work out shake a meal?I have 6 meals a day including me post work out shake and sleep usally around 1hr after that shake,is that ok?Sorry to be dum
.Allso the whipping cream that i'm using has suger init is that ok?Here is wot it says it contains Carbohydrate 3.0g of wich sugers 3.0g thats per 100ml. Sorry to be dum thanx in advance for your help ![]() Last edited by kidda9 : 04-08-2003 at 01:53 PM. |

Yes, your post w/o shake is a meal and needs to be counted toward your daily Kcals.
My heavy cream says that is has 0g of carbs, which pretty much means that it can't have more than 1g C per serving. If you want to be very anal and eliminate sugars from your diet, look for heavy cream with as little carbs as you can find. Otherwise, just make sure that you counting everything in your daily kcals. |
