The stickies that you read don't only pertain to a bodybuilder lifestyle. The information is valuable and can be used for any typr of lifestyle you want. It looks like in general your food choices are poor so and if you read the stickies you would know what kind of foods you should be eating (which aren't the foods you are eating). Why don't you take the information that you read and try and write up some sort of diet outline and post it so that people can give you advice on how to make it even better.![]()



On tuesday and thursday I normally wake up at 10 have a crappy lunch at 11 and am off to school till 8. While at school i don't really have free time so i have to pack my food and eat in class. this normally ends up being a sandwich and some junk snacks. I know this was a lot for my first posting, Hopefully you don't mind helping. Thanks
