Who is this guy? He says "Now I know that's not the case" regarding protein per meal, yet he doesn't debunk it.
He says he gets 200 grams of protein a day in 2 meals, but doesn't give any indication of how he knows it's all getting absorbed.

How DO you know you're absorbing all 200 grams, cj? You sure you're not absorbing 150 and feeding the bacteria in your large intestine with the other 50? How do you know you don't need only 120 grams of protein to get good results?

    Tell me about gastric emptying.
Tell me about small intestine transit times.
Tell me how quickly various proteins are absorbed in grams per hour.
Then I'll do some simple math, like two plus two plus three, times ten, using the info you tell me to calculate how much protein gets absorbed per meal, on average.

Eating six smaller meals a day keeps you from getting hungry and going for the bad food.

And who the hell is the guy in the video? Where are his credentials? I have shoes older than him.
