Poll it all you like...what I`m asking....respectively....is where in any of you studies it even mentions the two, or compares brassica to soy? My post mentions Brassica as the first offender, which cooking MAY negate to a certain % which we don`t know...whaat we do know is fermentaion does negate some % of soy.
