okay, for the bulking plan, i want to go from about 205 where i am now to whatever can get in about 1 month. Do i use the same portion sizes? It says take 5 grams glutamine pre workout, 10 grams post. What about non-training days?

also are there alternative meals so i'm not eating the same thing day after day for a month?

Dude...it's really not that easy...you need to know how many calories you've been taking in and adjust the bulking plan to your own situation.

You can move things around. If you need ideas for meals check out some of the journals.

okay, i ran thru some of the healthy recipes forum and i'll try a lot of them, but what ones would be for bulking, when to eat during the day etc.?

is there anywhere i can get recipes for a bunch of different meat meals like beef, steak, chicken, turkey as i have zero cooking experience?

and for the meals where it says chicken, can i sometimes substitute lean beef or turkey or lean steak? Otherwise i'm eating chicken like 3 times a day for a month. Or do i just need willpower?

also, for the various protein bars and whatnot on the recipes forum, do i use those in replacement of protein shakes?

sorry for all the newbie questions, but i was just reading over the bulk plan and it says if you use that and then cut you'll gain 3-5 lbs LBM. So assuming i follow the program will i gain that LBM but not lose fat from where i may have it now? So would i essentially only burn the fat during the cutting stage that i accumulated during the bulking stage? My plan is to bulk for May and then cut for June and maybe the 1st half of July. My overall goal is to shred ab fat off. Gaining 5 lbs LBM would fit on me nicely but i don't want to at the expense of burning the ab fat for beach season.

Sorry...I can't teach you how to cook....check the recipe forum or do a search on google. You can substitute any kind of protein for a meal, what's important is you get the right amt of protein for each meal. Use www.fitday.com to keep track of everything.

Don't take things too literally, everything's a guideline and everyone's different. 3-5lbs is a general idea. The idea behind a slow bulk is that you don't gain too much fat, so keep your calorie range in check.

Bulking diet... pffft! ...Cutting diet....pfffft!

Who gives a fuq?

(this is only the opinion of a guy who's diet remains virtually constant year-round... low carb w/ conservative bi or mono weekly carb ups).

I say Chicken breast of a portion that gives the desired protein intake, and a shot of canola on the side (portion varried by cal needs), and if desired some fibrous carbs (or a small cappuchino ; every other 2 weeks I increase cals by say 400/day w/ lactose and a 'lil fat)

That's me 7x a day

either in a 400kcal deficit or @ equilibrium w/ same foods... boring huh?

Foo Fighters is a fuqqin' candy-ass girl band but you've got that mother-fuqqer submitting songs [for the album], and those douchebags from the Offspring, too."
"...Dave Grohl? Fuq Dave Grohl! ...you're getting this guy to write songs for Ozzy? Just because he played drums for fuqqing Sh!tvana?"
