    help me please.i need protien shake ideas

    DO ANY OF YOU GUYS HAVE ANY PROTIEN SHAKE IDEAS USING TUNA OR EGGS MAYBE?ALSO IVE BEEN TRAINING 2 YEARS PUT ON A GOOD BIT OF BULK BUT NEED MORE.ALREADY EATING 6-7 MEALS (INCLUDING SHAKES) A DAY.200GRAMMES OF PROTIEN 4000 CALORIES A DAY. I WEIGH 200 POUNDS. IVE HIT THE DREADED PLATEU. ANY HELP APPRECIATED.

    First of all, welcome to IM.

    Secondly, turn of your caps lock!

    Thirdly, post your current diet and training routine so we have a little more to go on to properly asses and determine why you're at this plateau.

    Lastly, why in the world would you want a tuna shake! As far as eggs, you could add Egg Beaters to a shake, but you should not use raw eggs. Although, it would not be that cost effective to use the Egg Beaters, you would probably be better of buying egg protein powder.

    Thanks prince.Im new to this computer thing so please bear with me. I wiil let you know details of my training and diet and hopefully you may be able to point me in a new direction.I pretty much know the ins and outs of bodybuilding but i know there is much more to learn.Im always open to suggestions from more experienced bodybuilders.thanks for your help.I will be in touch soon.
