lets say that all my macros are on point, and i am getting all my essential daily vitamins and minerals... could i eat the same breakfast/snack/lunch/snack/dinner/snack every day and expect my body to handle this well??
i would think maybe i need to switch it up a bit, but then again i wonder how critical this is. i have researched this topic but have found nothing.

I would say yes your body could handle it well assuming everything is on point. But could you handle it personally eating the same shit everyday and not cheating. I think I remember Kevin Levrone saying he ate fish (talapia I think), rice and veggies every meal for months leading up to a competition and he and flex wheeler might be the greatest bodybuilders to never win an olympia. So if he can do it so can you, but do you have the same discipline, drive and focus he does?

Well just a quick update, i have been eating the same meals monday thru friday since i posted this thread and i am growing quite a bit.
No protein shakes, no dairy. Primarily chicken breast, brown rice, mixed veggies and oatmeal.
So far so good.
Growing quite a bit in a week? U eating dbol with ur oatmeal bro?

I find I make the more dramatic physique changes when I diet this way. I eat almost the same exact thing. Dinner I will switch up a tad from chicken or filet or fish and mix around the side of brown rice, quinoa, veggies etc. the entire rest of the day it's the same exact meals/macros. I find a few weeks of this and I recomp fast when keeping the diet regimented.


I try to eat 4 ir 5 small meals a day

I plan to start IF soon

I would go crazy eating the same thing every day... but i guess you could...
I did this for a while but ended up going crazy after the second week. Now I change my meals every week and do all my food prep on Sunday. So far works great for me
Don't quit before the pain hits!!

I eat the exact same foods everyday and have done for months.. I mix it up at the weekends though and chuck a couple of cheat meals in when I'm bulking.

me personally think its only nessacery when your prepping for a show or something so you know exactly what your eating would never do it during a bulk would be boring and very tedious and get old reallllllly fast...

It just really depends on your goals.
When dieting I HAVE to eat the exact same for two weeks and then change the amounts and the macros. Without doing so you'll plateau. The foods never change, just the amounts.
I've gotten to 7%bf while keeping carbs and dextrose in the plan, but that's just me.

Im looking forward to finishing this bulk so i can jump onto IF. I feel like it is really going to simplify eating
