It was around 2 or 3 months ago that I asked for help and everyone has been great. Jody and everyone else who has helped me on this forum have been great. I well say I have been cutting for about a year and am finally to the point I want to start a clean bulk. I am down about 120 pounds in a year now I need to add some muscle and the only way for that is to bulk. I am working out very hard and showing some gains even though I am cutting. Here is my cutting diet what can I add to it to make it a good clean bulking diet.
7:00 AM 1 Cup oats 2 tablespoons of SF Straw Jam 1 Tablespoon of Flax Oil 10:00 AM 2 scoops of Protien Powder 3 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream Mix with water 1:00 PM 1 Can of Tuna 2 Tablespoons of MW 1 Tablespoon of Bacon Bits 1 stick of Celery 4:00 PM Chicken Breast or equivalent 1 can green beans or equivalent 2 Tablespoons of Butter 7:00 PM 1 can of Tuna 3 Cups of Salad FF Salad Dressing 2 Tablespoons 10:00 PM 2 scoops of Protein powder 3 Tablespoons of Heavy whipping cream Mix with water Lots of water through out the day!!! Any help on this matter would be great and thanks. |

I forgot to say I have protein powder mixed in with oats in the mourning..

That is total weight lost I still weigh 220 right now. I am 6ft 2 and have big bones so I carry the weight pretty good. I meant Jodi before wrong spelling I have a friend Jody and that is how she spells her name.. Oops

K so...those suggestions will bring your calories up, but make sure you go slow, no need to employ ALL suggestions immediately...I'd work on adding some carbs to a few of those meals first, gradually increasing the amt...then when you need another tweak you could look at it again and maybe add some more fat/protein if needed ![]() |

I carb up twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays. When bulking I was going to eat more Sweet Potatoes, Brown Rice and Whole Grain Pasta during the day so I would not have to carb up since I am going to be getting more carbs everyday. Does this sound right?

Yes...I'd suggest just that..adding more daily carbs and foregoing the carb ups
