    Sodium Loading ?`s

I`m 11 days out from my first show this season.I decided to try sodium loading for the first time, but I was told to cut it at 3 days out.Now I hear from different sources that I should cut it at 5 days or seven daysout.I`m totally confused as to what to do. Can anyone with knowledge of this procedure help me out? any info you can share will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    You should have experimented sooner

Honestly...I wouldn't suggest doing it for the FIRST TIME for your show. How do you know you won't fuck up the entire thing? I'd be skipping it if I were you! Too risky at this point. Ideally, you'd have done a trial run about 4 weeks out.
