    Great tasting post workout shake

Ive used O.N. Whey for a long time now and really enjoy it but a buddy of mine recently turned me on to Syntha 6.

    Try this:

2 servings of Vanilla Ice Cream Syntha 6 and a large bottle of Orange Poweraid.....he let me try his and i was like DAMN, it tasted like an orangle creamsicle. Im tellin ya, if your post workout shake is getting old then give this a try.

Every flavor of Syntha 6 is superior(mochia and choc mint i could do without)Especially when you mix with milk. Total sweet tooth cure. And strawberry is the best flavor...
Although vanilla is good... I'm really going to try the op's recommendation. Sounds like a dreamsicle

I love the Syntha 6 banana flavor. I have to use skim milk instead of water, though.

BSN Syntha-6? Protein Powder Banana Directions

Recommended Use for Males: Take 1-2 scoops (equaling approx. 22-44 grams of protein) with 4-5 oz. to 8-10 oz. of cold water or any beverage of your choice. Use approximately 4-5 oz of liquid per 1 scoop of powder. Vary the amount of liquid to achieve your desired flavor and consistency. Drink 1-4 servings daily, or as needed to satisfy your protein or muscle enhancing requirements. To increase your protein intake per serving and to achieve an amazing milk shake taste, use non-fat or low-fat milk.

Recommended Use for Females: Take 1 scoop (equaling approx. 22 grams of protein) with 4-5 oz. of cold water or any beverage of your choice. Vary the amount of liquid to achieve your desired flavor and consistency. Drink 1-4 servings daily, or as needed to satisfy your protein or body shaping requirements. To increase your protein intake per serving and to achieve an amazing milk shake taste, use non-fat or low-fat milk or your favorite soy beverage.

What KOS may mean is that it is common with most of the new multi-proteins is to use lesser quality protiens in their blends. Like using whey concentrate as opposed to hydrolyzed whey or whey isolates. This keeps the production cost down and allows room for fillers that give it it's good taste.
