    Right im sick if this shit man sinse i started training 3 year ago i musta weighed abou 60kg lol im now sitting at around 80kg 12%BF i can stay here all year easy, its progresssion its good im almost satisfied with it.. iv always eat so fucking clean tho was pretty much plain chicken and rice for long time.. now i wanna get bigger fatter and stronger lol i know if i hit a size im happy with, the drugs will play a helping hand in me cutting and bulking lol ive been eating so healtly its crazy i eat like dudes who are going in for contest preps...


    i need to get more calories in its great eating all this chicken and rice but its diet food there no caloreis in it im sure ive platued due to my diet.. proteins alwyas high and clean diet but if i carry on this way its gonna take me sooooo long just to get to 200lb so its winter and im still earing high protein but aint shit getting monitored more food more cals.. im gonna start eating more of what the fuck i want i bust my ass in the gym so im not sitting around getting obese its gonna be weird for me but im willing to say good bye to my abs... i need to do something different....

    never saw much point in getting fat so I could then lean down, dirty bulking is NOT for me... seen plenty of people do it, but it seems the fat never comes off as fast as it goes on....

    Probably 30% of my diet is dirty bulking. Between the 70% clean bulking, my intake of compounds, and intense training, it works out quite well for me. I mainly dirty bulk to keep my sanity. However yes, I do love some good ole American fatness! Lol. Some guys have a cheat day. I'd rather cheat a little everyday.

    When you're hitting north of 4000 cals you need cheat meals to maintain a cal surplus.

    I keep it to 1-2x a week, after a big lift day. Cardio will help keep you lean.

    My cheats don't include sugar, just fatty foods and higher carbs I guess.

    im not even really counting macros man im like fuck it iv eaten so clean past year or 2 its so boring a plate of 3 chicken breast and rice can be pretty filling and high in protien blah blah but theres no cals in it so u feel full but uv not really eat much i dunno ive just gotten into a lifestyle of eating so clean its actaully starting to piss me off becasue this is why i think iv plateud my clean ass diet im eating like im gonna compete.. its fucking winter and i was contemplating a cut at my weight mother fuck this shit im eating good real good tasty shit and enjoying it im not eating like a slob im still eating my chicken beef pork ect just all the extras this time all the good shit... im putting weight on and thats it.. winter time time to do this shit!

    im regards to what u siad to sugar im lucky iv not got a sweet tooth i never eat chocolate or shit i dont even like it! soda tho i love a cold class of coke with ice cubes or 7 up whatever thts sum good shit!

    I shut down chinese buffets. After the 4th plate they bring me the check and want me to leave.

    Then i go back up for another plate and watch them bite their nails. Chinese people are the shrewdest bastards.

    Anyway, i have no problem dirty bulking. Im no spring chicken either. I was fatter as a younger guy actually. Luckilly Ephedrine agrees with me and i have no problem dropping from 17% to 10% bf in a short period of time.

    Lean bulking is what keeps everyone the same size all year. Bulk, cut or recomp. If youre gonna bulk, go in hard like a dick on Sildenafil.

    lmao the owners are indians there nice ppl... but its the price of the drinks that gets ya every time! place has all sorts tho chinese food indian food and english food then all the fucking desert section... quality nice place good atmosphere, good food, clean quality meats and stuff u can just tell by the taste... love it.

    iv tried eca and gave me heart burn for some reason but never ephradrine on its own so il try that once im ready to cut but thats many moons away...


    what ur saying about lean bulking keeping ppl the same size all year round is so true man this is my first attempt at a big bulk im exited iv got my mind set now,focused set to it now im in bulk mode loveing it but yeah goin into what you said, i feel about the same size as this time last year yeah ive gotten a "lil bigger lil more ripped" definatly but for the fuckin dedication and training and heart and soul i put into this iv come to the conclusion ive definaltly platued without a doubt...


    i was almost depressing myself in a sense of watching EVERY thing i was eating year round like i was prepping or something you know..pissing my self off.. pissing ppl off just not doing it right.. my girl is loving it now iv told her my idea shes all for it we can eat now without me beeing a fucking jackass and trying to keep it to clean... it was boring me boring her... now we eat out i eat alot eat what i want and eat till im full.. then im gonna eat some more.

    its gonna be weird for me to loose the definition and shit but fuck it its time to try something new.my mind is set im getting bigger and im gonna have a lil fun along the way doing it! yep yep im goin in!





    il read it properly when i have the time i get the jist tho but i do belive the bigger gut of todays pros whilse yes is from food but im one to blame it on the hgh and the slin.... the steroids taken bak in them days were so small compared with todays i know guys at my gym on pro dosages its laughable really but the hgh and slin and amount of drugs play a bigger part then the food in asthetic terms in my opinion..


    thansk tho good read i just think the crazy drug dosages of todays pros plays a bigger role then the food in the big guts of todays pros just my opinion..
