If you want clean calories dense foods, I'd say avocado, cheese, PB, cream, home made burgers, faux fillet steak to name a few. I don't do dirty bulk anymore, waste of money and digestive health/energy.
Me too. Furthermore, we should treat our body like a temple, and not like a dumpster. So why dumb all kinds of shitty food in there and expect to be healthy. Eat whatever your body needs and give it a rest at times (Fasting). I learned this the hard way.

What does being a natty have to do with the topic? Drugs won't do squat unless you have everything else right. They don't fix wrong or stupid.
I eat what I want to. It's more of a when you eat it. I don't eat shit foods because I don't want to. I don't "dirty bulk" because I've done it and it doesn't work for my goals.

Oh and my goals:
Currently hold 4 state powerlifting records in the 242 lb masters raw class.
Goals: drop to 220 lb class and grab 4 more records.
next year: masters 2 class to grab 4 more.
Basically strong and lean is where I want to be.
