    My new diet (advice very welcome)

    ...Hey guys i've came up with a new dieat for wen i get back of holday in two weeks(benidorm a stag week ) an would apperciate a little help or criticsim on it please.My goals are basic really to just get into some sort of shape at the moment i'm not looking good at all.I want to eventually go into comps etc but thats along way of.Here are my stats anyhow:-

    Age-19
    Sex-Male
    weight-161pounds(avoir)
    Work-Hard and physical
    Body fat-haven't a clue but is probally highe

    My proposed diest looks like this-

    Meal 1 11:00
    Protiene shake(50g powder 450ml water)
    3tbsp whipping cream
    Apple
    Multi vit and minral

    Meal 2 13:00
    3oz Cottage cheese
    2 scrambled eggs(only way cooking in them in work)
    Dieat soda

    Meal 3 16:00
    0.5 cups brown rice(befor cooking)
    Protiene shake(50g powder 450ml water)
    3tbsp whipping cream

    Meal 4 18:00
    Stirlion steak 6oz
    0.5 cups brown rice(befor cooking

    Meal 5 21:00(usally after training)
    Protiene shake(60g powder 450ml water)
    3tbsp whipping cream
    with frozen berrys put in

    Going to try and drink atleast 5 liters a water a day.

    I know i should have 6 meals but i can't really eat untill around 11am takes me a hr or so after i wake up to be able to eat.

    ACtually....that looks pretty good!

    Could use some veggies in there though

    And might want to add something to meal 2 ....a little more protein and a carb source.

    Ill add 0.5 cups of green garden peas to meal 3 (h8 veggies)and one more egg to meal 2 with 1tbsp of peanut butter.

    Sounds good ....and when it comes time to tweak...you can trade the peas for green beans
