    Question Too much flax???

    How much flax is tooo much flax in a daily diet? I use the liquid, not the pill so please use liquid form, thanx!

    This would depend on the other fats that you're getting in your diet. It is possible to get too much (Omega-3's) but it's not likely

    If you're getting fats from other sources, you're probably good. If flax is your ONLY fat source (2-3 tsp x 6 meals) then you might eventually get low on N-6's.

    Where else would I get fats? Like lean meat etc...?

    So, I am probably ok eating 2 tsp a day?

    Just to add...Udo Erasmus is on record recommending up to one Tbls per 45 pounds of BW....of course he is suggesting the his 1:1 blend of N6 to N3 (Udo's Prefect Blend Oil) as the "Primary" fat source.

    He has told me persoanlly that he has done up to 21 Tbls in one day.....

    Almost all animal protein sources...beef, poultry, fish, eggs/yolks, cheese, cream, nuts, seeds, avos, etc.....plus added oils

    Wow!!

    Do you think that is not detrimental? I guess we have been trained for so long that 'oil' is bad...its hard to get past that.

    I wouldn't do that...and I don't think he does it regularly...but you should see this guy in person, he looks damn healthy and vibrant
