    Simple, high calorie meals.

Started IF today, and gawd dayum it's hard to eat 3500 calories in 5 hours.

Especially when its all coming from brown rice, chicken an mixed veggies!

I need some pretty simple to prepare, cheap to buy, high-calorie meals to help me fit all my calories into my 5 hour window.

    Who's got somethin for me

Yep. You're gonna have to keep the fats up, of course with more good fats, and the carbs lower. I don't do many recipes...but olive oil on everything will get you alot of calories and it's good fat. 3500 for bulking? What are your goals?

In 5 hours! Props bro, that's hard. Coconut oil might help get those colories in.

You simply can't get enough cals in that time period without adding in some cal dense options.

Coconut and olive oils are good options, I'm down with cold pressed avocado oil splashed over my rice or sweet potatoes or salad. Got a clove of garlic diffused in there for added flavour.

A seed mix is also good too. Tbh clean bulking is worse than dieting of you stick to the plain options.

sumo wrestlers use this method to put on their emense size over time....they take everything and make a stew/soup with it.....chicken, rice, noodles, veggies, broth, whatever, and just sit and eat for 2 hours, then take a nap.

rice, milk and water mixed with cream of mushroom soup to bake it in 2 inch pan along with your choice of browned ground beef/chicken/pork chops...bake 350 for 45 min, then peel back foil and continue to bake another 5-10 to give the top layer texture...

Pasta is inexpensive and will put some weight on you, especially if you use Alfredo sauce and garlic bread
