When you hold more weight the body gets tired carrying it around. As far as appetite , a lot depends what you're taking.. One of the main sides off AAS for a lot of people is loss of appetite and nausea.
maybe try adding in some hiit for cardio. did it for a week or 2 for about 15 mins 2-3 times a week and my metabolism was crazy. i was always super hungry give it a go on the stair stepper after your next workout!
