To "cut" basically means to lose BF, NOT w8....you do it whenever you want lower BF, and for how ever long it takes...but there is a lot more science to it than that simple explantion!

I am not sure where to put this so it might get moved...but I want some more info on what a "cut" is and when you do it? How long you do it...etc. What is your experience with it?![]()

basic rule is once you stop making changes switch things up a bit (eg. cut some calories or switch foods around, up cardio or change training program)...key is dont make too many changes too fast or you will lose LBM.
