    When to 'cut'?

    I am not sure where to put this so it might get moved...but I want some more info on what a "cut" is and when you do it? How long you do it...etc. What is your experience with it?

    To "cut" basically means to lose BF, NOT w8....you do it whenever you want lower BF, and for how ever long it takes...but there is a lot more science to it than that simple explantion!

    A "Lifestyle"...can be a "Cutting/Maintaining" lifestyle!

    basic rule is once you stop making changes switch things up a bit (eg. cut some calories or switch foods around, up cardio or change training program)...key is dont make too many changes too fast or you will lose LBM.

    Whenever I get to the point i can't stand the fat anymore I cut
