Angry A day off from your diet

Do any of you ever take a day off from your diet? Im gonna go crazy if I keep on chicken and boiled eggs every day

I was thinking of maybe going out to a buffet or something sunday? Since its one of my off days. Think this will hurt me? Will it matter?
