In week 1 of their "carb cycling program"(their latest issue)......the article explains to do 4 low then 1 high carb day. Start w/ a high carb day(240g) then another high carb day(240g again) then 75% the next day, 50% the dayafter and finally 2 low-days(60g).......it says "try to consume all ur carbs(on each day) early in the day. However, they don't mention "fats" at all( I was thinking of upping fats on the low- carb days, then lowering the fats on the high-carb days, does this make sense?) Also, someone told me that (being I train @ night (5-6-6:30) that not taking in carbs and just protien(after training) would be fine considering "your not doing much after that anyways"......thanks
