Champions aren't made in gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them: A desire, a dream, a vision. They have to have last-minute stamina, they have to be a little faster, they have to have the skill and the will. But the will must be stronger than the skill.

The term "diet" in this case is not applying to a weight loss program. She is using "diet" to refer to what your daily food intake is. So you should post what you eat on a normal day so that everyone can look at it. It may help you to post your training program also. Are you doing cardio on lifting days? If so why?.......lol, just kidding....If so are you doing it before or after weight lifting? It sounds like one of the variables in your program (either diet or training) are sligthly off and all you need to do is step back and look at the whole picture for a second, I;m sure it will jumo out at ya right away. If you post your info here it will probably jump out at someone else and they will give you some good advice.

the best thing for you to do at 15 is learn about nutrition and apply it as a lifestyle.
you should really read up on the nutrition FAQ on the top of this page, i've found so much good info here so far!!!
there are a few basic consistencies that you should always apply to how you eat:
1.) 5 - 6 meals spread evenly throughout the day
2.) consume around the same number of calories for each meal
3.) make sure that each meal is a good mix of protein, fat, and good carbs
4.) veggies and fruits with most meals
5.) drink water all day... keep a bottle of water with you at all times and drink!!
6.) keep away from sugar (still eat some fruits though)
Also, keep in mind that the more muscle you gain the more calories you will burn. So eat well, build muscle, burn fat!!!

So, is no-one gonna help this guy or what?
Where's all the help?![]()
Dude... you need to skip the pretzels first! and look at someone's meal plans to show you how much you need to eat... I think I eat enough.. but I don't.... I need to eat more .... it's what you eat ... not how much you eat
do some research on the site and see what you can come up with yourself. post whatever you come up with and i'm sure people would be glad to critique it.
i think you're more likely to learn good eating habits this way instead of someone just feeding you a meal plan.
well i hear that chicken and eggs are good for u so ill prolly start eatin eggs in morning and a protien shake with chiken for lunch and prolly like a salad with chicken....lol sound good?

Diesel - We can try and help you out here but I need you to do some leg work first. You need to read those threads and learn proper nutrition and construct what you think a good healthy meal plan would be. Post it in here, listing meal by meal and then we can all show you what needs to be fixed. That way you learn as well as do. Just giving you a meal plan doesn't cut it. You need to learn the whys as well.![]()

yes Diesel, listen to jodi![]()
Diesel, you need to let us know what your goal is. It looks like as a few have said you need to read up on nutrition. But your workout could use some teaking as well.
But we need some basics to start like.
1. Stats
2. Goal and how soon you would like to reach that goal.
"When I use the word intensity I mean the ability to continue past and through the pain barrier where your mind pleads to stop and in fact convinces your body that you have hit failure, but you push through. How far you push through that barrier is the level of intensity with which you train." -- Twin Peak
