    Suggestions for P/C/F?

Hey, Im new to the forum and wondered if one of the experts could give me an estimate of what my numbers should be.

I have read the just for newbies section, and I understand. I think I just need to know Im doing it right.

    I am 25, 6'0, 200 lbs and I need to lose about 10-15.
I am in sales/consulting 9-5, or 9-9 every day, so I dont have much time to work out as much or eat if i dont make it the night before.
7:00am I wake up, go to work with a protein bar, eat a large lunch (usually two cans of tuna and four wheat bread slices), snack on wheat thins, or oranges, or whatever I have, go home, have dinner (chicken or steak with mashed potatoes) with my gf. go to bed at 11pm.
I bought all things on the shopping list and now I know how to mix and match.
Im just unaware of my intake of food.
    Can someone help me out?
    Thanks..

    Welcome to the board

First of all, the only thing you want to lose it BF (Body Fat)...doesn't matter what you weigh, get over the number on the scale...if you gained, 5 pounds of LBM (Lean Body Mass), and lost 5 pounds of BF, the scale would not change..it's about compostition
