Reply With Quotewell you are taking a low glycemic food and turning into a high glycemic. So avoid doing that if getting lean is your goal. Try some wing sauce. They can be high in sodium but it's much better than sugar.

Putting duck sauce on brown rice
I can't do brown rice plane it just gross is duck sauce okay to put on it? What else do you recommende?
