My humble opinion is this, start with that plan and see how it goes. Lots of carbs for cutting but it depends on your body type more than anything. I would as the cycle progresses and if your fat loss slows, do a major shift towards healthy fats and drop the carbs below 150 total, maybe under 75 on your non-lifting days. I have always noticed rapid changes when everything else is the same (P and F intake) but I cycle the carbs based on what I am doing that day.

^^^ thanks for the reply and I like this idea very much. I am going to stick with what I have for the first 3 to 4 weeks and let the test build up and then I am going to try what you suggested. Thanks for the reply

    BUMP:

Ok well I was talking to a buddy of mine about my diet and my cycle/goals and everything...Here is what I am thinking now. I would DEFINITELY appreciate feedback.

I am going to DROP my carbs to 150 on training days, UP my protein a bit, and UP my healthy fats.

On the days that I DO NOT train I am going to keep my protein and my fats the same and drop the carbs to under 75 grams.

I am going to follow this for roughly 3 weeks and that should drop a bit of body fat and then, seeing as I am going to be running Test at a moderate dose, I will adjust my calories to about 300 over maintenance and I WOULD THINK that I could add some lean muscle and burn a bit of fat.

    Thoughts?

    couple things id do:

-get a bette protein powder (like isolate with no carbs or fats, i use NOW unflavored). Syntha 6 is primarily concentrate, which is shit. also has lots of fats and carbs/sugar = shit

-may consider dropping carbs, you will need to eventually undoubtedly, or at least cycle them

-shift all carbs to breakfast (25%) and preworkout (75%) on training days, and first few meals on non-training days

-cut out eggs and peanutbutter, substitute chicken and extra virgin coconut oil

-cut out all fruits, and dairy (besides whey)

-cut out gatorade and use malodextrin or dextrose (id prefer to keep it periworkout)

well your diet is OK but you should add some more stuff in it this isn't very health. You should eat Red meat rather than eating chicken,Eat fish.nuts, beens, fruits, and boiled eggs on white that will help you in gaining good body and will keep you active and healthy.
