that looks to be only around 250-260 grams of protein, could probably use a bit more at almost 200 pounds and on the sauce

I'm confused: why the links in your post? Are you sponsored? Spam?

Anyway, are you intending to place high in the contest?

My guess is not, asking for free advice on a forum since most serious contestants playing to win would have someone with some experience personally advising them.

Jay is there is there any carb cycling going on with this or does it all stay consistent? Eventually you are going to ahve to do some adjustments as your progress will slow. Did you put this together or did you have someone help?

The links were there because I posted it for help on another forum and they automattically put them in there. I got this adjusted by some one and yes I am going to win, that is not a question. However, this is my first show and I have only been training for 2 years. I have a guy that just volunteered to take me under his wing, who is very expereienced. These are the adjustments we made. Also that was closer to 307 grams of protein in the day. Here is my adjusted diet..

MEAL 1: 5 whole eggs (make sure to buy OMEGA-3 EGGS from the supermarket. They contain virtually NO saturated fat and tons of good OMEGA-3 fats); add another 4 egg whites to this (they don?t need to be the Omega-3 ones; you can use liquid egg whites)

MEAL 2: SHAKE: 40g whey protein with one tablespoon of of coconut oil or Extra virgen olive oil

MEAL 3: "Lean protein Meal": 8oz chicken with 1/2-cup cashew nuts (almonds, or walnuts)

MEAL 4: SHAKE: 40g whey protein with one tablespoon of of coconut oil or Extra virgen olive oil

MEAL 5: "Fatty protein Meal": 8oz Salmon, Swordfish, or RED MEAT with a green salad (no tomatoes, carrots, or red peppers) with 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil or Macadamia nut oil and vinegar

MEAL 6: SHAKE: 40g whey with one tablespoon of coconut oil or Extra virgen olive oil or 4 whole (Omega-3) eggs and 4 extra whites

you can substitue a shake for a meal or ameal for a shke at any time

We will be doing the Plaumbo style diet for a few weeks and see where that takes me. Then make changes from their.

I honestly feel I can win the middle weight novice where I am. I have seen the guys and I think I have a good chance, I know my chest and legs are much larger then all of theirs and it is going to come down to contest prep really. This is my first show, so it is all about trial and error, but I am going to win. You should never go into some thing with the mind set of lets just try it out. i am big enough to win and hungry enough to win.

Also for you stating that most people who are serious hire people to to basically coach them who want to win, at my level I do not think paying a trainer excessive money for a 1st time novice show is critical. I hoped to gain support from the forum. Which I recently found on another board, a vet of 15 plus years on another forum PM'd me and adjusted every thing I do and will be sending him my bf% every thing I eat and workouts and will make adjustments to them.

So I am going to give this a try.
