    Food portions

    Just a quick question...
Let's envision Whey as an example

    1 oz = 2 TBS

And in one scoop, there are roughly 2 oz..

    So 6 TBS = 1.5 scoops ??

(Im trying to get my count correct..)

As for the chicken thread, 4 oz would be a small to medium breast, and 2 oz would be half of that. Right?

    Am I getting it?

You are making this way too complicated.

Simple, find the scoop that came with your protein powder and use 1.5 scoops. Thats approximately 33G Protein.

As far as chicken, buy a scale their cheap. 4 oz. cooked is 35G
