Im just going to adjust my diet and take in less cals and hit the treadmill. I never use the treadmill, but I can burn more cals there than with the weights. Ill probably start a cut cycle starting in a March. Right now Im on Im a goal to reach 220, but Im takin in to much fat and its affecting my stomach. So, Ill drop my cal intake a day and hit the treadmill. Thats the only way to get rid of that fat. Oh, ya, Im laying off on beers and switching to Vodka when I go out. No more beer

the higher the BAC the lower the endogenous testosterone production is, they are inversely proportional. also don't forget that alcohol interferes with the krebs cycle which negatively effects lipolysis.

Men tend to carry most of their abdominal fat under the peritoneum. While women carry their fat subcutaneously. This is a general rule. That is why men who have big beer guts usually still have a hard stomach. When surgeons make incisions into males abdomens most of the fat is on the inside by the organs vs the female which carries it on the outside. This has to do with hormonal differences between men and women.
