    Dr. Joseph Mercola's No-Grain Diet

Anyone have any opinions on this. Or better yet anyone ever try it? If so what were the results?

Well, Since he advocates staying away from grain fed meat, all I have to say is.... I have yet to see a range fed chicken. I won't subscribe to his theory.

I do know that book just came out. I haven't read it yet but I'd like to. I'm not sure how well this kind of diet pertains to BB's although I know Dr. Mercola does exercise but like I said I haven't read it yet.
