Need help to learn to eat healthy.

Hello, I'm new here. I've been heavily criticized for my eating habits, so I was wondering if someone could help me figure out how to eat more healthy.
    I'm 22 years old. 5'8. Around 181 pounds.
I work in a warehouse and am constantly active, so I burn WAY more calories than I take in. I'm probably around 900 caloric intake daily.

    My diet includes:
    Breakfast at 6-ish AM.
    Snack (Apple) at 10:30am.
Lunch (Small sandwich..Almost too small to be considered a meal.) At 12:15pm.
    Snack (Apple) at 2:30pm.
Dinner (Something small. Not a lot of calories.)

I'm trying to eat healthier so I can lose some of this stomach fat.
I've somehow trained myself, over years and years, to not eat a lot, so that's why I don't eat so much.
I don't eat fast food. I rarely drink soft drinks and alcohol. Maybe the occasional glass.

But, if someone could help me, I'd be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks in advance!

For one try switching your soft drinks over to diet, not much of a change but its a start. The best way to start eating healthy is to prep food yourself and don't be afraid to read the nutrition facts before you buy food. Sorry I can't be much more help, the wife is the one that does all my food prep. But I will say this, I keep my protein higher than carbs and fat the least.

Now if McDonalds is my only option for food I get a salad with 2 grilled chicken breasts, not the healthiest but it beats their half cow loaded with cholesterol, and fat that's slapped between 2 pieces of bread.

    Lol. Yeah, I hear you.
But what would be some good foods to try for lunch time? Any examples?

Protein with a easy digestible carb like grilled chicken with 1/2 cup uncooked brown rice just for an example

How about steamed chicken? It's easier. lol. Plus, I like chicken when it's steamed. It's not dry and gross. Haha

This has to be a joke.

No man would eat 900 kcals and post on a bodybuilding board.

Most teenage girls eat more kcals from good food.

You're lazy. There is zero reason you cannot get 3-4 meals in.

You're too lazy to make food the night before and pop it in to containers.

You're that lazy you have posted online asking someone to do the work for you because you're too lazy to do it yourself.

This has to be a joke

That sounds dangerously low. You're probably in starvation mode. At your weight, you should probably be consuming between 1800 and 2100 kcals a day to create a deficit, depending on your activity level.

Even a little resistance training with a balanced, but protien heavy diet should promote some fat loss.

    Good luck.

Thanks for your advice everyone. (To the ones who tried to help me. I will keep all of that in mind.)

To Halpert: No, I'm not joking. I'm completely serious. I'm ignorant in nutrition and WAS trying to find some people to help educate me.
But, since you think I'm a joke, or as Mr. "PushAndPull" would call me, a "troll", which I can assure you, I am not, you should team up with him and you two can continue talking crap to people who actually need peoples' help. Since the two of you are doing the same thing to me.

Basics of eating & drinking right:
No processed foods - if it comes in a box or a bag don't eat it. It's garbage.
Stay away from fast food. It's cheap food loaded with preservatives, sauces, & HFCS to make it taste good.
Stop drinking sodas - drink water
Stop drinking juices - its mostly sugar, drink water

    Vegetables: all vegetables are good.
Meat: Fresh meats are good, just don't overcook stuff.
Fats: Some fats are good & nutritionally dense. Some fats are essential.
Carbs: some are good: Rice, potatoes, oatmeal some are bad: white bread...etc. Most processed foods are loaded with empty carbs - lots of calories with little nutritional value.
Hydrate: Drinking lots of water is very important.
