    Feeling nauseous

I've been on the low carb diet for 5 days and am feeling really nauseous and tired today. Is this normal?

Are you drinking plenty of water?
I love the sound of clanging iron in the morning. It sounds like victory...

Its good to eat high protien, and low carbs.. not NO carbs hehe. I used to be the same way getting tired and feeling like I was gonna hurl. I just upped my carb intake a bit and I felt alot better.

I was actually eating slightly more carbs then I was suppose to.. just could never get it right.
I ate a carby meal andfelt a lot better after.
Maybe low carb isn't for everyone?
Is it possible to still loose a size by stcking to small meals every 3 hrs and staying withng the calrie lever, but eating more carbs and less protein or fat?
