Strangely , the best diet I ever looked good on was all potatoes ( lol ). When I was 18 me and my buddy sharing an apartment after paying rent could only afford a 20# sack of potatoes. We are mashed, boiled, French , and fried potatoes . I almost can't eat em today , but damn that was the best cut I ever ran !
I ate a subway chicken bacon ranch every day for lunch for over a month when I started lifting so I could get 80g of protein and 1200 + kcal for $5 back when they had it for that price.
Whe I was 18 and poor by buddy and I say that you could buy a TON of speggetti noodles and suace for really cheap for the calories you got.....so we decided to go on a spegetti weight gain diet and bought all this spegetti stuff.....we lasted 3 days, I couldnt even look at speggetti for 3 months without wanting to puke, ah the things you dont know when you are young haha
