Here is the story about the lawsuit ...

a couple articles on trans fat

Has anyone else heard about this lawsuit being filed in California? I know someone has, so my real question is about the "trans fat" itself. The articles say that companies "hide" these fats in crackers/cookies and microwave popcorn. While I don't eat cookies and/or popcorn, I do occasionally eat reduced fat triscuits (good fiber) with my cottage cheese.
Just wondering if anyone knows what the hell else this fat is hidden in and what is the real story about it.

I read the article on CNN. The dude has been eating Oreas like every day for two years, now he is suing Kraft because, to his surprise, OREOS CONTAIN FAT!
Give me a fucking break!

BTW,
OREOS RULE!

There are few things as tasty as Oreos dipped in milk.![]()

ANY dessert at THE CHEESECAKE FACTORY
Especially the chocolate silk and satin cheesecake
is jsut as tasty as oreos dipped in milk
btw, maybe I should sue the supplement industry
for providing supplements I use to help keep my nutrition;
and the NIKE for the tennis I use to run in....
York barbell for the weight bench and weights.....
Fit-tech gym for the use of their equipment.......
