basically im bulking up and im getting around 500g of carbs a day
ive been reading on simply shredded about carb cycling this is what is says il copy and paste :

As im bulking i will go for the 3 lower carb days BUT just i am unsure of how low to go on these low carb days?
I feel sooo bad on low carb days that I can't go three in a row ? Instead I like 1 low carb day, then one medium carb day, and the third a all out cheat day (ohhh shit ). Then if I 'm going the wrong way I throw a short fasting day into it ? Then again I don't look good either, so there you go ?
