    Angry 11lbs in 2 months

It's been 2 months since I been to the gym, since I have been working 2 jobs trying to save money for a downpayment on my house that is being built, finally worked my schedule so I can go back to the gym, and last night I went, and weighed myself, I have lost 11 lbs in those 2 months...WTF? THAT SUCKS!

I didn't know you could lose muscle that quickly.....

Oh well, it's great motivation for me to gain that back ASAP!

    Just thought I would share!

Well, maybe some was fat, but I could notice how much less weight I could do in the gym after 2 months, it's just very depressing. I dont think I'll be going 2 months without working out again, it's embarressing!!!

I mostly slacked for 4 months... body weight didnt change much... but how much weight I could lift did! cut in half on the leg press, was just complaining about feeling wimpy in the gym after my workout the other day.... you'll build back up again.

Bet you were sore as hell after that first workout too... even with the decreased weights, eh?

sure you can, especially if you're not keeping your protein and calories up.

it's called "use it, or lose it!".

Oh ya, I'm feeling it today. It sucks, but it feels good too in a way, since I haven't felt like this in a long time. So it's all good.

    TXDeb,
Just curious, U originally from texas? With you saying eh? Thats a midwest and canadian thing, I'm from the midwest, never heard anyone not originally from the midwest area say that. It's kind of cool!!

A good thing is muscle memory though. You should be back to where you were pretty fast.
    Lift hard, or go home!
Zed : Bring out the Gimp.
Maynard : But the Gimp's sleeping.
Zed : Well, I guess you're gonna have to go wake him up now, won't you?
