    Lettuce and veggies

Silly question, but is there a maximum amount of lettuce that you should eat in one day? For example, is it best to eat around 2-3 cups at most? What about other veggies such as broccoli, cauliflower, or green beans?

I never count my lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower or green beans...I don;t measure them out either...the amount you would need to eat for them to have an impact would pretty high.
