    What are the best post-workout carbs when cutting?

    Preferably looking for answers from guys who actually know what it's like to be under 10%BF...or lean women :-)

    I usually just have a bagel with my whey right after my workout, but I'm wondering if anyone has any better idea outside of carb powders.

    Post workout carbs lower your IGF1 levels when they're at a high level. When glycogen is added, it completely cuts off the high level output. IMO, it's high protein!!! -- this according to George Farrah ...
