I pretty much eat the same thing everyday. My only real varience is if I add in cardio or not. I eat as clean as I can everyday. it works for me and i dont have to try to make something new and creative, dont get me wrong i may change the flavoring on the chicken breast but its still chicken breast,.
Oatmeal, with 1 scoop of protien powder, walnuts honey and cinnamon and a cup of coffee for breakfast. Then for my 7am, 10am, 12-1pm meals chicken then a snack and then dinner.chicken or beef with veggies and carbs.
at the moment Im using precision nutritions plan ...but really mainly using their recipes and rules (which the rules are the plan)
Im not seeing dramatic changes but I feel amazingly good and the recipes are unbelievable
I'd say to drop serious weight my favorite diet is keto but I can't seem to get back into the swing here lately
a professional said something profoundly discouraging to me and my diet and training have been lacking ever since.

I got results when i started using it 5 months ago, and now i have a nice bulky body. Thank You Brother Dave

Honestly I do very little carbs, t3, clen and I melt fat for a few weeks until I want to kill myself. Then I give myself a week on moderate carbs. One day of full pardon. Then back to the protocol. Until I hit my desired look.
morning cardio on an empty stomach helps. I got a garage sale stationary bike and I set up a tv and the bike in my basement. I play Xbox, it's the only way for me to get morning cardio in. And I get some video game time I don't feel guilty about.
and never allowing myself to get more the 20 pounds over the desired look. That's all I got...
