I do not know of any that actually create the meals for you, but www.fitday.com is a free online diet program that many of us use.
I wish there was a software out there that would create my meals based on the ratios, calories and foods I like. Anyone know of anything like that?

Hey Toni!!!!
Good to see ya here!
There's a personal trainer software that I looked at before online, think it was a hundred-something (maybe $199) for individual purchase... trainers can buy it with multiple client profiles in it for higher prices... cant remember the name of it though... Heard Pam Brown uses it for her Camp Pam Brown program... maybe somebody here is familiar with it?
I do remember reading that it will plan meals based on foods you like, but not sure about ratios.... maybe you can tell it what split you like, but I dunno.
~You laugh because I'm different... I laugh because you are all the same~
I remember TJohn saying he just bought a planner last week. Check with him what he's using. I just use fitday.com![]()

Each of us conceals an abyss, though few of us are aware of its existence, and even fewer dare to explore its vastness.

cross trainer is pretty good, I used it awhile back

Hey thanx all for the input. I checked out TJ's performance diet and it is pretty and full of great info but only meal plans 40/40/20 diets which doesn't help me as I am doing Natural Hormonal Enhancement. Anyhoo, the price is kind of steep but the Trainer's Edge looks like it will create menus for me based on whatever ratios I put in.
For now, I will just scour the recipe threads and online journals to get some new ideas. Thanx again -- Toni
