    Lower abs diet/Cardio/Training

    im trying to get my lower abs to pop out there there but barley ive been doing 20 minutes a.m cardio for 15-20 minutes on empty stomach

    Diet
    Eggs Hash browns oats

    Oats

    Protein shake

    piece of fish

    a light snack maybe a fruit smoothie

    Leg raises is a great excersize to hit those lower abs. try hanging leg raises and im sure you will be happy.

    That diet sucks -- you need to organize your food and crunch precise macro nutrients.

    Tracking foods isn't fun at first, but will pay off.

    odds are you are not eating enough to faciliate fat loss at this point. depending on how long you have been eating low carbs I would consume high cals for a couple of weeks to reset your metabolism then slowly drop them will either adding some long duration early am cardio in the fasted state or try some interval training like HIIT or Max-OT cardio.
