    carb cycling feeling of euphoria

I have moved into carb cycling to kick my fat loss up a notch.
I have noticed that on my "no carb days" I get out of body and euphoric feelings.
There was a point in my life where i was addicted to psychadellic drugs.
all the supplements that i am on have been the same even before I starting carb cycling and I have never had this experience.
Anybody else ever feel like they are trippin on their "no carb" days?

You might feel spacey, absent minded, dopamine could be pulsing high etc....

What is your starting point prior to this approach

I would say that have been practicing psmf with intermittent fasting lasting 14 hours.
Basically this was convenient for me because of my job and work hours.
Now i am working normal hours, eating meals at normal times, with access to any food I want.
I have noticed that I am adjusting. The feelings that I was decribing have been few and far between.
