    how long to bulk for?

    if i wanna bulk up for 2 months (and then cut), i increase by how many "cals per day" ? every week?

    is 200 cals per day ,every week for 8 weeks ok?

    Anyway, just amend calories by week depending on how much weight you gain that week, considering other factors like water/glycogen/food weight gain/loss.

    Start with maintenance + 200kcals, and see what happens.

    Aim for 0.5-1lb gain per week, with most weeks being a 0.5lb increase. Unless using drugs.

    That should help keeping fat gain to the minimum - hell, if your metabolism is high you may not add much fat all.

    As you gain weight, your maintenance level is gonna increase with it, so you're gonna have to continually amend calories.
