    bulking question

my lbm is 183. if i bulk , i have to multiply by 20(i think!) which is 3660 cals per day. when i gradually reach 3660, obviously since im bulking my lbm will be higher. say my lbm is 186, then my goal if multiplied by 20, should be 3720?

Yes, calorie levels need to be amended as your bodyweight (and thus RMR) increases.

But don't just jump into calories of bodyweight x20. Start around 15-16 and amend calories in a slightly more controlled fashion to ensure minimal fat accumulation.

You said you are 203lbs @ 10%, which to me sounds like a reasonably seasoned lifter, but some of these questions come off as newbie-like.

If you are a newer lifter, then you stand to make good gains without much fat accumulation (unless your calorie intake is huge) so you can a bit more 'laxed with your food intake.
