    Flavored Carbonated Water???

Ive tried em and they are a nice variation to drinking spring water all the time, are these safe to drink or is there sugar in em that isnt listed on the label?

the labels lists the ingredents as

Carbonated Water, Citric Acid, Natural flavor, Potassium Benzoate, aspartme*, Acesulfame Potassium, and Potassium citrate

    *Phenylketonurics: Contains Phenylalanine

Im not sure what half that is but can I drink these for water?

Well I wouldn't drink it just because it's got aspartame in it! But no, there are no sugars in that drink.
